Since 2021, I’ve been devoted to sharing yoga after joining one of China’s leading yoga institutions with over 80 studios. As an E-RYT 200 certified teacher, I specialize in Vinyasa, Yin, Hot, and Therapeutic Yoga—inviting students to move with breath, awareness, and kindness toward themselves.

Before teaching, I spent over a decade in HR management at a Fortune 500 company, where I learned that every body moves to its own rhythm and deserves compassion. My practice integrates this understanding with the balance of Ashtanga, the stillness of meditation, the depth of Yin, and the resilience cultivated in Hot Yoga.

Beyond the mat, I’m nourished by art, music, and over 20 years of cycling—moments that keep me connected to nature, creativity, and inner peace. In my classes, I offer a gentle, grounded, and mindful experience that emphasizes safety, breath, and emotional balance. My hope is to guide you in listening to your body and returning—breath by breath—to your truest self.
